These terms cover this website and the private planning, agreement and testimonial links I send clients. “I” and “me” mean Redcloud Events, based in Colorado Springs, a Crimson and Clover Studios venture.

Your event

The services I provide for your event, the price, payments and cancellations are set out in the agreement we sign together. If anything here ever differs from your signed agreement, the agreement wins.

Your private links

Each planning, agreement or testimonial link is private to you. Please share it only with people you trust to help plan, such as a partner, planner or family member, and tell me if one has gone further than you meant. I’ll replace it so the old one stops working.

What you share

When you share names, details, music or photos, you’re confirming you have the right to share them, and you’re letting me use them to plan and perform your event. How I handle them is explained on the Privacy page.

If you send a testimonial or photos through a testimonial link and give your permission there, I may show them on this website and in Redcloud Events marketing. You can ask me to remove them at any time.

Using the site and links

Please don’t try to get into anyone else’s planning, interfere with the site, or upload anything unlawful or that isn’t yours to share. I may turn off a link that’s being misused.

Words and photos on this site

The writing, design and photos on this site belong to Redcloud Events or are used with permission. Please ask before reusing them.

The fine print

I work hard to keep the site and planning links available and accurate, but they’re provided as they are, and they may occasionally be down for maintenance. To the extent the law allows, I’m not responsible for indirect losses from using them. Nothing here limits your rights under your signed agreement or under the law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

Changes

If I update these terms, I’ll change the date at the top. Questions are always welcome at hello at redcloudevents dot com.
